Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Order Number: (the order number for the item which you would like to return)
Reason: (e.g. defected/scratches)
Tracking Number: (your courier company tracking number)
Replacement Item: (the item that you would like to be compensated with, e.g. Bosch GSB1080-2Li)

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
After 7 days, purchases made from Corated Malaysia are no longer covered by our Return Policy. After this time, products are covered by their respective Manufacturer’s Warranty and in most cases, may be brought to an Authorized Service Center for repair.
