Return Policy

Customers are required to e-mail us the Return Details as below:

Order Number: (the order number for the item which you would like to return)
Reason: (e.g. defected/scratches)
Tracking Number: (your courier company tracking number)
Replacement Item: (the item that you would like to be compensated with, e.g. Bosch GSB1080-2Li)


Any item must meet the following conditions to be returned:

  1. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions above (as evidenced by the postal stamp or despatch time stamp)
  2. Before an item is returned, we advise you to always first contact Customer Service. Preliminary screening or review of the item may be requested before you ship the item for return. We may ask that you send us photographs of the item or parcel.
  3. The item must be accompanied by a Return Sheet, which shall be obtained from our Customer Service. Please complete and print the Return Sheet, and send it together with the item.
  4. The item must be in new or unused condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  5. The item must not have been used or installed in any manner.
  6. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items unless we can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening.
  7. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.


Freight fees on large items are varies, please check with us beforehand.

Customers who wish to return or exchange any damaged item are responsible to ensure that it complies with our policy below. Any deliver return request that falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
After 7 days, purchases made from Corated Malaysia are no longer covered by our Return Policy. After this time, products are covered by their respective Manufacturer’s Warranty and in most cases, may be brought to an Authorized Service Center for repair.
